Diversification and job creation are watch words in Canada's prairie provinces these days as Nathan Mathies will attest. The journeyman electricity relocated from Alberta's oil patch to take a job servicing wind turbines for Siemen's in southern Saskatchewan. “I'm very optimistic, as everything seems to be going green power in Canada,” says Mathies.
